BSA A10 Plunger

1957 BSA A10 Golden Flash Plunger 650cc

Here's one I used to own. This was my first ever BSA, bought when I was 16 years old in 1970 in the days before crash helmets. I remember purchasing this bike from Boldon in Tyne & Wear for £60 or so. I sold it to a friend called Ian Clarkson who moved to Sheffield to study and then lost track of the bike until another friend looked the bike up for me on the DVLA system.

I had loads of trouble with the semi-unit gearbox detaching itself and eventually used spots of weld to hold it in place !

Now nicely customised by the current owner in Kent.
