This is the big one. The only modern bike I own (British of course) is the 1998 Triumph Trophy 1200cc. This is the one I use for all round use. Surprisingly, you might think, I actually cover more miles on my classics than I do on this modern bike. It's a great wet weather bike though, sitting behind that great fairing and I often use her for work.
My favourite ! Click on the image of this wonderful, wonderful bike and you can read more about 'Bessie', my 1960 BSA A10 Golden Flash, with whom I have a love affair !
1957 BSA A10 Golden Flash Plunger 650cc Here's one I used to own. This was my first ever BSA, bought when I was 16 years old in 1960 in the days before crash helmets. Now nicely customised by the current owner in Kent.
1962 B40 350cc Single Bought second hand in 1981, complete with Bambino sidecar, from a guy who lived near a coal mine (Rising Sun pit) in Wallsend, and used to blast it around the slag heaps.
BSA WDB40 Given to me as a basket case from Nottingham. The owner was moving house and was under pressure to find a new home for the bike from the missus.
